Under integration the Trustees are responsible for maintaining the “Special Character” of the School in accordance with the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. As legal owners the Trust is responsible for providing land, buildings and other resources, and for maintaining the non-integrated areas of the School.
The Trustees meet monthly and as needed. The Trustees are: Peter Butchers, Rene de Monchy, Paul Denford, Tana Lyons, and Adrian von Aesch.
The Trust’s business has been supported by School parents working as volunteers in various sub-committees such as Finance, Property, Fundraising. These are currently under review and changes are pending.
The volunteers are supported by administrative staff at Raphael House, including the Executive Officer, the Finance Assistant and the Proprietor’s Administration Officer. The Trust’s intentions in 2010 are to synchronise its operations more closely with those of the Board of Trustee and the Faculty/College.
